Louis A. Magnano is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Park Centre Development, Inc. and has a keen business mind; he has built Park Centre into the largest private Landlord in Olean, New York. Mr. Magnano is a recipient of Olean’s most prestigious honor, the LOUIE (Love of Olean United in Enterprise), as well as a number of business and civic awards from the United Way, Catholic Charities and the Olean YMCA. His community support ifs legendary, a well know philanthropist in the Olean area; his donations include a Leadership gift to the Olean General Hospital for the Heliport Building which houses the Mercy Flight, and in appreciation the hospital named the heliport building the Louis A. Magnano building. The Olean General Hospital has dedicated the new emergency room to him for an additional Leadership gift made to the Hospital. He has donated funds to repair and maintain the City of Olean Ice Skating Rink, which was scheduled to close without private assistance. His generosity also made possible the new center scoreboard in St. Bonaventure University’s Reilly Center Arena. St. Bonaventure University awarded Mr. Magnano with an honorary doctrine degree. His achievements are extensive; there has never been a task he could not complete.

Vicki Blessing is Mr. Magnano’s “right hand” she has been with Park Centre since 1991. Vicki has aggressively worked to keep our properties as full as possible at all times. She has extensive knowledge as a businesswoman and has been groomed by Mr. Magnano to be an indispensable employee of the company. Vicki along with Mr. Magnano handles all Commercial Property rentals.

Kim Beck has been with the company since 1987 and has a great deal of company knowledge and background. Kim works closely with Vicki and assists with new rentals. She handles the accounting aspects for the company, as well as the lease billings for our triple-net leases. She also handles residential rentals.

Our maintenance crew is made up of Jeff Miller, and Russell Cousins. They work together to maintain our properties to present your businesses in a high profile manner.

Park Centre’s Construction crew is headed by Jeff Windnagle, who has limitless construction and building knowledge. Our crew knows how to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner.
