Park Centre Development, Inc. was founded in 1960 by Louis A. Magnano. Being a lifelong resident
of Olean, he has always taken a great interest in the community. At that time Mr. Magnano was
the owner of Blue Bird Coach Lines, Inc. which was the largest privately owned motor coach Company
in Western New York and one of the Top 100 private companies in Western New York. Since selling
the bus company in 1998, Mr. Magnano has been able to apply all his vast knowledge and energy into
what now is the area’s leading Real Estate and Development Company.
Park Centre’s headquarters is located at One Blue Bird Square, Olean, New York in a beautiful
building which he had originally built to house his bus company’s corporate headquarters. Now
the building is prime rental space in downtown Olean with the Park Centre Development staff
occupying the mezzanine level and the rest of the building being fully occupied with tenants.
Park Centre has utilized the latest architectural concepts to introduce to Western New York
innovative plazas, industrial parks and corporate buildings. Park Centre’s portfolio includes
Retail, Office Buildings, Industrial Parks, Plazas and Centers, and Residential housing.
